WHY?
Contribution to M & E's housewarming party. I never did get to eat (or even bother to cook) my steak, or the potatoes, because there was so much food already available, prepared by Cee, author of American Baking by Cee (available in all good Thai bookstores!) And I have to say their key lime pie was heaven in a dish. I think I even proposed to them after tasting it - a request repeated this morning when they made pancakes! I'm gonna have to get the recipe and try making a key lime pie because that taste sensation deserves repeating. Over and over and over again.
